Construction of College of Education and STEM+Ag academic buildings

The construction of the new College of Education building and the STEM+Ag Complex will take place at the former Hill Residence Halls location beginning in Spring 2023 with an estimated total completion timeframe of Spring 2026.

South Donahue Drive lane shift

The bicycle lanes and sidewalk next to Plainsman Park on South Donahue Drive will be closed from December 2023 to January 2025 in relation to the construction of the First Base Club.

Teague, Little sidewalks closed for construction

Sidewalks behind Teague and Little halls will be closed as construction begins on the new university student housing project.

Roosevelt Drive sidewalk closure

A sidewalk will be closed along Roosevelt Drive for utility work to be completed. The entrance to the Library Parking Deck will remain open.

Cary Hall ADA entry ramp improvements

The northeast ADA entrance ramp will be demolished and replaced as well as accessible parking between Cary and Miller halls.

Biggin Hall improvements

The scope of this project will include the repair of window flashing along the north side of the building. All sidewalks and entrances around the building will be accessible with exception of the north exterior door facing Magnolia Avenue.

Aubie statue installation

The statue's base will be prepared for the statue's installation at a later date.
