Hill Residence Halls demolition project

The demolition project will take place in four phases from spring 2022 to spring 2023.

A map detailing the closure area, alternate pedestrian routes and location and date of phase I and each additional phase is included on the attached image.

Duncan Drive Extension under construction

The Duncan Drive Extension and Infrastructure project will construct a two-lane campus road that extends Duncan Drive from Lem Morrison Drive to Woodfield Drive. The project will require campus utility system improvements, site grading and utilities to support the College of Agriculture's Transformation Gardens, as well as construct a central greenway path connecting the Davis Arboretum to the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center.

Area closed for residence halls renovations

Sidewalks around Harper and Broun residence halls are closed to pedestrian traffic due to renovations. within the two halls. Alternate routes are marked on site. Renovations are expected to be completed in July 2022.

Football Performance Center under construction

The former site of the Hutsell Track and adjacent tennis courts will soon become home to the Football Performance Center. The center is scheduled for completion in summer 2022.

Rane Culinary Science Center construction

The intersection of Thach Avenue and South College Street, next to The Hotel at Auburn University, is currently in use for construction of the Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center.

South College Street lane closure

The right northbound lane of South College Street will be closed through July 15 for hardscape and curb work pertaining to construction of the Tony & Libby Rane Culinary Science Center.
