Construction of College of Education and STEM + Ag Academic Buildings
The construction of the new College of Education building and the STEM+Ag Complex will take place at the former Hill Residence Halls location beginning in Spring 2023 with an estimated total completion timeframe of Spring 2026.

Teague, Little Sidewalks Closed for Construction
Sidewalks behind Teague and Little halls will be closed as construction begins on the new university student housing project.
South Donahue Road Closure
An area of South Donahue Drive will be closed May 7-15 for light pole relocation and utility work.
South Donahue Drive Lane Shift
The bicycle lanes and sidewalk next to Plainsman Park on South Donahue Drive will be closed from December 2023 to January 2025 in relation to the construction of the First Base Club.
West Samford Avenue Road Closure
A section of West Samford Avenue will be closed May 16 through July 1 for asphalt paving and crossing installations. New sidewalks, curbs and gutters will also be built on a portion of Duncan Drive.
P.O. Davis Drive Road Closure
A section of P.O. Davis Drive will be closed May 16 through July 9 for utility work.
Haley Concourse Closure
An area of Haley Concourse will be closed for pedestrian traffic May 13-15 during the installation of a tower crane for construction of new university housing.
Langdon Annex Exterior Renovation
The area around Langdon Annex will be closed April 15 through May 31 during the replacement of soffit, fascia and trim on the building, as well as painting.
Langdon Hall Roof Replacement
The area around Langdon Hall will be closed June 1 through Aug. 2 for roof replacement work.
