New University Student Housing construction, eight months in!
We’re officially eight months into the first phase of the New University Student Housing project, which will create a 125,000-square-foot residence hall for 371 students in 2026! The new hall is designed to provide a comfortable, modern experience and foster community and collaboration within the heart of Auburn University. Check it out!
What’s New, AU? Parkerson Mill Greenway Phase 3
Looking for a nice view of campus this fall? Have we got something for you! Phase 3 of the Parkerson Mill Geenway will bring the full path’s length to about one mile, beginning at Biggio Drive and ending at the existing path surrounding the VCOM pond. Along with allowing another way around campus, the greenway acts as a showcase for the waterway and highlights the importance it plays for Auburn’s biodiversity, turning a neglected waterway into a thriving display of environmental stewardship.
