STEM + Ag and New University Student Housing are almost finished, and Facilities Management is moving through 2026 with even more projects to come.

The Melton Student Center Patio Renovation project completely transformed more than 21,000 square feet of the outside area of the center for the first time since it was constructed in 2008.

This newly renovated space offers outdoor study areas, room for small events and comfortable lounge spaces, providing plenty of new areas for both academic and social activities and creating a new central area for students to come together on campus.
