Items such as folding chairs, folding tables, risers and podiums are available for homecoming, registration, concerts, graduations and other university sponsored events.
Only employees of Auburn University who have been adequately trained will be allowed to setup or break down the indoor stage. Service Support shift hours are 6 a.m. till 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All requests for renting the stage and set ups must be coordinated by calling 334-844-HELP.
Events that occur after 2:30 p.m. on a weekday, weekend or holiday must request delivery and setup during the 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday shift. Please also provide ten (10) working days notice for stage rental and seven (7) working days notice for table and chair rentals.
Every effort will be made to pick up rental equipment after the event is over; however, equipment for events that are held outside normal shift hours will be collected the next business day. Customers are responsible for securing rental equipment and preventing damage to the equipment, and will be billed the replacement cost of missing, lost, stolen or damaged equipment.
