Contractors interested in doing business at Auburn University are required to complete the Annual Contractor Enrollment application each calendar year and re-enroll annually starting January 1. The prior year’s approved enrollment expires by February 15 of each year.
After receiving confirmation of annual enrollment, all contractors must then pre-qualify with Facilities Management for each Public Works project.
Here’s how to get enrolled and information on pre-qualification.

Step 1: Send an email to Facilities Management Project Support at projsup@auburn.edu and provide your name, company name and primary email address to be used to access and complete the Annual Contractor Enrollment Application. Project Support will register your information and notify you via the email address provided when access has been granted to the application below in Step 2.
Step 2: Complete the Annual Contractor Enrollment Application through the following link to be enrolled in the Annual Contractor Program at Auburn University Facilities Management.
Step 3: Once your completed and signed Annual Contractor Enrollment Application has been received, verified, and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Project Support that you have been successfully enrolled in the current calendar year’s program. Please continue to monitor the other tabs on this website for future “Bid Opportunities” and to “Pre-Qualify” for specific construction projects at Auburn University throughout the current calendar year.

Contractors interested in becoming pre-qualified for an Auburn University Public Works project must complete and submit the Contractor Pre-Qualification Application for each specific project. Project-specific pre-qualification applications are available through the corresponding project listing as posted on the following Auburn University Public Works Bid Calendar.
All bidding documents will be available for download and use in the “PROJECT DOCUMENTATION” section of each project advertised on the AU Public Works Bid Calendar. This will include all plans, specifications, addenda, pre-qualified bidders list and other pertinent documents.
