What encouraged you to pursue a career in workforce development?

I enjoy helping people find their career path, and I strongly believe in apprenticeship programs.  The shortage of skilled trades workers impacts every organization and the country as a whole.

What made you want to join Facilities Management?

I wanted to be a part of a team that maintains Auburn University’s beautiful campus. The community has such a wonderful history and I’m proud to be a part of it.

What is your favorite thing about working with the Facilities team?

My favorite thing about working with the Facilities team is coming to work every day because I get to interact with so many people who enjoy their careers. We all care about what we do, and it’s a collaborative effort to get things accomplished.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

My favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with my wife Stephanie, and our beloved son Lukas. Every moment we spend together is important, whether it be swimming in the pool or just enjoying the day.

What is a fun fact most people wouldn’t know about you?

A fun fact that most people wouldn’t know about me is that I have two siblings that also work for Auburn University.  Of course, we all work in different capacities, but each of us love living in Auburn and working at the university.
