Intermittent lane shifts will take place while furniture trucks temporarily park in the eastbound lane for unloading.
Motorists and bicyclists should expect intermittent lane shifts on West Samford Avenue on the following dates as furniture delivery trucks temporarily park to be unloaded in the eastbound lane for the new STEM + Agricultural Sciences Complex:
- February 23-24.
- March 16, 23, 27 and 30.
- April 10, 15, 20, 21, 24 and 29.
Each delivery will last about two hours. Flaggers will be on-site to assist with traffic flow and ensure safe passage for drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians.
