Beard Eaves Colosseum

The operating hours for Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum (BEMC) will be changing, effective Oct. 1.

BEMC will be open 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed on weekends. Only ground level doors will be open during those hours.

All doors at second and third levels will remain locked during operating hours. The upper-level doors will be open for home football games.

Event organizers may have the upper-level doors opened for entry with prior approval from Facilities Management and Student Affairs. Only events approved through Student Affairs are authorized to use space in BEMC.

In addition to changing the hours, several restroom facilities will be permanently closed in the building due to deteriorating water line conditions. Closing the restrooms will also require the maximum capacity for any event to be limited to 1,500 from the previous 3,000.
