Since 2023, our Apprenticeship Program, registered with the State of Alabama, develops highly skilled employees through structured on‑the‑job training and technical classroom instruction. The program supports Alabama’s goal of engaging more high school graduates in the skilled trades and offers clear advancement opportunities for participants, including those with little or no prior trade experience.

NCCER accredited training program
We are proud to be an NCCER‑accredited program, providing apprentices with industry‑recognized training, credentials, and valuable partnerships. Our training center is authorized to deliver NCCER’s nationally recognized curriculum, ensuring every apprentice receives high‑quality, standardized instruction. All apprentices complete the NCCER CORE course followed by four trade‑specific modules tailored to their chosen craft.
